Since evening dresses are rented for 1–3 days, here’s how to keep yours in great shape during that window, no need to worry about cleaning afterward, we handle that.
1. Handling
Delicate fabrics, sequins, and beading can snag or shift with rough handling.
- Handle the dress with clean, dry hands.
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, makeup, self-tanner, and hairspray, apply these before putting the dress on, not after.
- Be mindful of jewelry or accessories that could catch on embellishments.
2. Storage During Your Rental
- Keep the dress on its hanger inside the garment bag when not being worn.
- Store it away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
- Avoid folding, hanging prevents creasing better over a short period.
3. Before You Return It
- No cleaning needed on your end, just return it in the same general condition you received it.
- We handle professional cleaning and pressing after every rental at no extra cost.
- If there’s a stain or damage beyond normal wear, let us know when you return it.
4. Alterations
Please don’t attempt alterations yourself. If a fit adjustment is needed, contact us and we’ll arrange it with a trusted seamstress.
