Your gown is reserved exclusively for your wedding and prepared for you before collection. These simple guidelines keep it beautiful from the moment you take it home until you return it.
1. Cleaning Is Included
Professional cleaning by our bridal specialists is included with every rental.
- Please don’t wash, steam or dry-clean the gown yourself.
- If a stain or spill happens, let it dry and tell us when you return the gown. Don’t rub or treat it.
2. Wearing Your Gown
Delicate fabrics, lace and embellishments need gentle handling.
- Get dressed after your makeup, perfume, hairspray and self-tanner have fully set.
- Watch for jewelry, watches or accessories that could snag the fabric.
3. Keeping It Safe Before and After the Wedding
- Keep the gown on its padded hanger, inside the garment bag we provide.
- Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, pets and humidity.
- When traveling, lay the bag flat on top, with nothing heavy placed on it.
4. Fit and Adjustments
- Any fitting adjustments are made by our team at your private fitting. Please don’t alter, hem or repair the gown yourself.
5. Returning Your Gown
- Return the gown in its garment bag on the agreed date, within your 3 to 4 day rental window.
- Gowns returned in the condition they were collected receive the full 30% security deposit back.
