What Is the Virtual Try-On?

The virtual try-on is an AI preview built into our dress pages. You choose a dress, upload a full-length photo of yourself, and within about 10 to 30 seconds you see an image of that dress on you. It works across our bridal dresses, evening dresses, engagement dresses and prom dresses, so you can compare a ball gown with a mermaid, or a black satin gown with a sequined one, from your phone.

The preview is a guide to style and silhouette. The real fit and colour can vary slightly, which is exactly what your private fitting is for.

1. Open a dress you love. Browse the collection and open any dress page.
2. Tap Try it on. You will find it under the Book on WhatsApp and Book Appointment buttons.
3. Sign in. The try-on is available to customers with an account, so sign in or create a free account first.
4. Upload your photo. Choose a photo from your gallery or take one on the spot.
5. Agree and tap See it on me. Keep the window open while the preview is created.
6. Save it or try another. Save the image to compare later or share with your mother, sister or best friend, then try the next dress.

How to Take the Best Photo

The better the photo, the more realistic the preview. A few simple things make a big difference:

• Show your full body, at least from head to knees.
• Stand straight and face the camera, with your arms relaxed by your sides.
• Use good light and a simple background. A plain wall near a window works well.
• Wear fitted clothes, so the preview can follow your real shape.

Your Photo Stays Private

We know a full-length photo is personal. Before anything is created, you are asked to agree that your photo is sent to our AI partner, Google Cloud, only to create your preview. It is not kept on our website. Your photo can be remembered on your own device while you browse, so you can try several dresses without uploading it again, and the Forget my photo button removes it at any time.
